바이크 아이 개인정보처리방침 (Bike Eye of Privacy Policy)

본 애플리케이션(바이크아이)은 기본적으로 오프라인 환경에서 작동하며, 사용자의 개인 식별 정보를 수집, 저장, 전송, 또는 외부 서버와 공유하지 않습니다.
다만 앱 사용 통계 분석을 위해 Firebase Analytics를 사용하며, 이와 관련된 내용은 아래 별도 항목에 안내되어 있습니다

회원 가입이 불필요하며 어떠한 **개인 식별 정보(PII)**도 수집되지 않습니다.
앱 내에서 사용되는 데이터(예: 설정, 사용 기록, 아래의 위치정보)는 사용자의 기기 내에만 로컬로 저장됩니다.


■ GPS 위치 정보
본 앱은 사용자가 설정에서 'GPS 속도 표시'를 켠 경우에 한하여, 주행 속도·거리 측정 및 영상에 경로를 기록하기 위해 기기의 위치 정보(GPS)를 수집합니다.

- 수집 항목: 위치 좌표(위도·경도), 고도, 속도, 이동 거리
- 이용 목적: 속도·위치는 사고시 필요한 객관적 정보로 녹화 영상에 주행 경로·속도 기록
- 저장 위치: 사용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되거나 제3자와 공유되지 않습니다.
- 보관·삭제: 위치 데이터는 해당 영상과 연결되어 저장되며, 영상 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 선택 사항: 위치 수집은 선택 기능이며 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 권한을 거부해도 위치 기능 외 앱 사용에는 제한이 없습니다.


■ 구글 계정 연동 해제 및 데이터 삭제 안내
본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 구글 드라이버 파일 업로드시 Google OAuth를 통한 연동만 제공합니다.
연동된 Google 계정 정보 및 권한 삭제를 원하실 경우 아래 방법으로 직접 해제하실 수 있습니다.

3.본 앱 선택 후 '연동 해제' 및 '액세스 권한 삭제' 클릭

>■ Firebase Analytics (앱 사용 통계)
본 앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google의 Firebase Analytics를 사용하여 앱 사용 통계를 수집합니다.

- 수집 항목: 녹화/방송/레이더 연결/감지모드 등 주요 기능 사용 이벤트, 앱 실행·화면 조회·세션 시간 등 사용 패턴, 기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 인스턴스 식별자(익명)
- 이용 목적: 기능별 이용 현황 파악, 앱 이탈률/재방문율 분석 및 서비스 개선
- 수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 등 개인 식별 정보(PII)는 수집하지 않으며, 위 'GPS 위치 정보' 항목과는 무관합니다(위치 데이터는 Firebase로 전송되지 않습니다).
- 저장 위치: Google Firebase 서버에 저장되며, Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 제3자 제공: 수집된 통계는 Google(Firebase)에 의해 처리되며, 그 외 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

This application(BikeEye) basically operates in an offline environment and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information with external servers.
However, this app uses Firebase Analytics to analyze app usage statistics, as described in the dedicated section below.

User registration is not required, and no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected.
Any data used within the app (e.g., settings, usage history) is stored locally only on the user's device.



■ GPS Location Information)
This app collects the device's location (GPS) only when the user enables 'GPS Speed Display' in the settings, in order to measure riding speed and distance and to record the route onto recorded videos.

- Data collected: location coordinates (latitude/longitude), altitude, speed, distance traveled
- Purpose: speed and location serve as objective information that may be needed in the event of an accident, and are recorded as the riding route and speed onto the recorded video
- Storage: stored only on the user's device; never transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties
- Retention/Deletion: location data is stored linked to the corresponding video and is deleted together when the video is deleted
- Optional: location collection is an optional feature and can be turned off anytime in the settings. Denying the permission does not restrict app use other than the location-related features.


■ Google Account Unlinking and Data Deletion Guide]
This app does not require a separate user account. It only utilizes Google OAuth authentication when uploading files to Google Drive.
If you wish to delete your linked Google account information or revoke permissions, you can directly unlink it using the steps below:

1.Go to Google Account Management (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2.Select 'Security' > 'Third-party apps & services'
3.Select this app and click 'Delete all connections' and 'Revoke access'

■ Firebase Analytics (App Usage Statistics)
This app uses Google's Firebase Analytics to collect app usage statistics for service improvement purposes.

- Data collected: usage events for key features (recording, casting, radar connection, detection mode), app usage patterns such as app opens, screen views, and session duration, and anonymous device/app identifiers (device model, OS version, app instance ID)
- Purpose: to understand feature usage, analyze retention/churn, and improve the service
- Not collected: no personally identifiable information (name, phone number, email, etc.) is collected. This is unrelated to the 'GPS Location Information' section above (location data is never sent to Firebase).
- Storage: stored on Google Firebase servers and processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
- Third-party sharing: collected statistics are processed by Google (Firebase) and are not shared with any other third party.
